Florida High School Basketball - Academy at the Lakes can't hold off Keswick Christian

The Keswick Christian Crusaders basketball team scored 50 points and restricted the host Academy at the Lakes Wildcats to 46 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Thursday.

The Crusaders now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop McLaughlin Catholic for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Keswick Christian will battle a Hurricanes team coming off a 65-30 league loss to Tampa Prep (Tampa, FL). The Hurricanes record now stands at 5-7.

The Wildcats (3-10) will now prepare for their contest against Florida College Academy (Temple Terrace, FL). The Falcons come into the non-league contest with a 4-0 record. In their last contest, Florida College Academy edged Geneva Classical Academy (Lakeland, FL), 47-40, in a league contest.
