The International Falls Broncos basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the visiting Nashwauk-Keewatin Spartans to 66 in the Broncos non-league victory on Thursday.

The Broncos now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Woods for a non-league contest on Friday, January 5. International Falls will battle a grizzlies team coming off a 66-40 non-league loss to Ely (Ely, MN). The grizzlies record now stands at 5-5.

The Spartans (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against South Ridge (Culver, MN). The Panthers come into the A Section 7 contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, South Ridge prevailed over Cromwell (Cromwell, MN), 44-41, in a league contest.
