The Howland Tigers were victorious over the visiting Girard Indians basketball squad by a final score of 63-54 in Saturday's non-league outing.

Next, the Tigers clash with the Harding Raiders (Warren, OH) in a All-American outing, on Tuesday, January 7. Howland will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Raiders enter the outing with a 7-2 record after their 64-52 non-league win over Trinity (Garfield Heights, OH).

The Indians (3-5) will now prepare for their outing against Struthers (Struthers, OH). The Wildcats enter the Northeast 8 outing with a 2-10 record. In their last outing, Struthers was defeated by Mathews (Vienna, OH), 70-66, in a non-league outing.
