California High School Basketball - Leland defeats Mt. Pleasant

The Leland Chargers (San Jose, CA) basketball were winner over the host Mt. Pleasant Cardinals (San Jose, CA), 84-67 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Chargers now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Gilroy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 7. Leland will play a Mustangs team coming off a 75-49 non-league loss to St. Francis (Watsonville, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-9.

With the loss, Mt. Pleasant falls to 4-6 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Silver Creek (San Jose, CA) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 8.
