The Destin Sharks (Destin, FL) basketball nipped the visiting Bozeman Bucks (Panama City, FL), 33-29 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Sharks (5-8) will now prepare for their test against Laurel Hill (Laurel Hill, FL). The Hoboes go into the non-league test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Laurel Hill got by Cottondale (Cottondale, FL), 54-40, in a non-league test.
The Bucks now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Blountstown for a 1A District 3 test on Friday, January 6. Bozeman will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 47-7 non-league win over Wewahitchka (Wewahitchka, FL). The Tigers record now stands at 6-4.
