The Dickinson Midgets basketball team (Dickinson, ND), was overwhelmed 71-42 in Friday's league battle with the visiting Mandan Braves (Mandan, ND)

The Braves now possess a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Century for a AA West contest on Tuesday, January 9. Mandan will battle a Patriots team coming off a 62-47 league loss to Legacy (Bismarck, ND). The Patriots record now stands at 7-1.

The Midgets (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Minot (Minot, ND). The Magicians enter the AA West contest with a 8-3 record. In their last contest, Minot triumphed over More (Rapid City, SD), 51-31, in a non-league contest.
