The Lobos come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Escalante won 40-35 in their recent non-league challenge against Mora (Mora, NM)

Next up, the Bobcats play the Jemez Valley Warriors (Jemez Pueblo, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 9. McCurdy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 52-31 non-league loss to Wingate (Fort Wingate, NM).
