The The Pingry School Big Blue (Martinsville, NJ) basketball knocked off the visiting Franklin Warriors (Somerset, NJ), 64-51 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Big Blue (5-3) will now prepare for their test against North Hunterdon (Annandale, NJ). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, North Hunterdon notched a victory over Hopewell Valley Central (Pennington, NJ), 33-20, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 4-5 record. They play next when they travel to Rutgers Prep for a Skyland - Mountain test on Tuesday, January 9. Franklin will encounter a Argonauts squad coming off a 73-48 non-league win over St. John's (Washington, DC). The Argonauts record now stands at 7-2.
