Illinois High School Basketball - Lake Park overwhelmed by St. Charles North

The St. Charles North North Stars basketball team scored 56 points and restricted the host Lake Park Lancers to 29 in the North Stars league victory on Saturday.
The North Stars now sport a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Geneva for a DuKane contest on Tuesday, January 9. St. Charles North will battle a Vikings team coming off a 58-49 league win over St. Charles East (St. Charles, IL). The Vikings record now stands at 12-5.
The Lancers (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL). The Falcons come into the DuKane contest with a 11-8 record. In their last contest, Wheaton North triumphed over Glenbard North (Carol Stream, IL), 57-24, in a league contest.
