The Wenatchee Panthers basketball team (Wenatchee, WA), was toppled 59-43 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Selah Vikings (Selah, WA)
The Vikings now possess a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Prosser for a 2A Central Washington battle on Tuesday, January 9. Selah will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 74-55 league win over Grandview (Grandview, WA). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-3.
The Panthers (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Eastmont (East Wenatchee, WA). The Wildcats come into the 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 battle with a 8-3 record. In their last battle, Eastmont beat Eisenhower (Yakima, WA), 68-34, in a league battle.
