With the victory, Highlands upgrades its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Bluebirds travel to Newport (Newport, KY) to play the Wildcats in a District 36 challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Newport lost 67-52 in their recent non-league challenge against Ludlow (Ludlow, KY)

Next up, the Camels play the Cooper Jaguars (Union, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 11. Campbell County will attempt to upgrade on its 5-8 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 72-39 non-league win over Meade County (Brandenburg, KY).
