The Waldron Bulldogs (Waldron, AR) basketball nipped the visiting Mountainburg Dragons (Mountainburg, AR), 67-64 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs (8-9) will now prepare for their test against Clarksville (Clarksville, AR). The Panthers go into the 4A Region 4 test with a 4-15 record.
The Dragons now own a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Western Yell County for a 2A Region 4 match on Friday, January 12. Mountainburg will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 68-45 league win over Magazine (Magazine, AR). The Wolverines record now stands at 15-11.
