The Ingomar Falcons (New Albany, MS) basketball crushed the host South Pontotoc Cougars (Pontotoc, MS), 57-24 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Falcons (19-4) will now prepare for their test against Nettleton (Nettleton, MS). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 10-5 record.
The Cougars now own a 13-4 record. They play next when they travel to Byhalia for a 4A Region 2 test on Friday, January 12. South Pontotoc will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 56-4 league loss to North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS). The Indians record now stands at 1-9.
