In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Rio Grande Ravens volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Capital Jaguars.
The Ravens (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Manzano (Albuquerque, NM). The Monarchs come into the non-league battle with a 1-6 record. In their last battle, Manzano lost by Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Jaguars encounter the Albuquerque Bulldogs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 12. Capital will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the battle with a 2-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Santa Fe (Santa Fe, NM).
