The Ansonia Chargers volleyball team (Ansonia, CT), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Seymour Wildcats (Seymour, CT)

The Wildcats (14-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Derby (Derby, CT). The Red Raiders enter the Naugatuck Valley challenge with a 1-12 record. In their last challenge, Derby went down by Oxford (Oxford, CT), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Chargers encounter the Woodland Regional Hawks (Beacon Falls, CT) in a Naugatuck Valley challenge, on Thursday, October 12. Ansonia will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Hawks enter the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Wilby (Waterbury, CT).
