North Carolina High School Football - Alleghany defeats East Gaston

October 10, 2024: Mt. Holly, NC 28120

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Alleghany Trojans football squad scored a good 32-14 victory over the East Gaston Warriors.

The Trojans (4-1) will now prepare for their match against Elkin (Elkin, NC). The Buckin' Elks enter the non-league match with a 2-4 record. In their last match, Elkin was beaten by East Wilkes (Ronda, NC), 52-0, in a non-league match.

Coming up next, the Warriors confront the Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 17. East Gaston will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 2-4 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Shelby (Shelby, NC).
