In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Minnetonka Skippers football squad scored a decisive 40-7 triumph over the Buffalo Bison.

The Skippers (6-1) will now prepare for their match against Maple Grove (Maple Grove, MN). The Crimson come into the non-league match with a 7-0 record. In their last match, Maple Grove routed St. Michael-Albertville (Albertville, MN), 56-7, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Bison confront the Prior Lake Lakers (Prior Lake, MN) in a non-league match, on Thursday, October 17. Buffalo will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Lakers come into the match with a 3-4 record after their 52-18 non-league win over Woodbury (Woodbury, MN).
