The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Tulelake Honkers (Tulelake, CA) and the visiting Butte Valley Bulldogs (Dorris, CA), saw Tulelake's soccer squad knock off Butte Valley by a margin of 4-2.

The Honkers now sport a 21-1 record. They play next when they host Mt. Shasta for a Shasta Cascade test on Tuesday, October 17. Tulelake will meet a Bears squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Etna (Etna, CA). The Bears record now stands at 8-4.

With the loss, Butte Valley drops to 6-9 on the season. The Bulldogs host Weed (Weed, CA) to meet the Cougars in a Shasta Cascade test on Saturday, October 14. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-9. Weed lost 11-0 in their recent league test against Fall River (McArthur, CA)
