The Whitney Young Dolphins volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Brooks Eagles to 0 in the Dolphins non-league victory on Thursday.
The Dolphins now have a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chicago Washington for a Chicago Public Super game on Monday, October 16. Whitney Young will meet a Patriots team coming off a 2-0 league win over Von Steuben (Chicago, IL). The Patriots record now stands at 14-11.
The Eagles (11-8) will now prepare for their game against Morgan Park (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs enter the non-league game with a 11-6 record. In their last game, Morgan Park gained a win over Simeon (Chicago, IL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
