The Roosevelt Rough Riders football team (Kent, OH), was beaten 21-2 in Friday's league challenge with the host Revere Minutemen (Richfield, OH)
The Minutemen (3-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Aurora (Aurora, OH). The Greenmen come into the Suburban - American challenge with a 6-3 record. In their last challenge, Aurora was beaten by Highland (Medina, OH), 30-3, in a league challenge.
The Rough Riders now sport a 2-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cuyahoga Falls for a Suburban - American challenge on Friday, October 21. Roosevelt will meet a Black Tigers team coming off a 40-13 league loss to Barberton (Barberton, OH). The Black Tigers record now stands at 1-8.
