The Wolverines (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Notre Dame Academy (Los Angeles, CA). The Regal Gryphons enter the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Notre Dame Academy was nudged by Harvard-Westlake (Studio City, CA), 2-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Monarchs meet the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines (Studio City, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 14. Mater Dei will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Wolverines enter the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Mayfield (Pasadena, CA).
