The Nocona Indians topped the visiting Henrietta Bearcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.

Next up, the Indians face the Olney Cubs (Olney, TX) in a 2A Region I District 8 game, on Friday, October 17. Nocona will attempt to advance on its 24-12 season record. The Cubs go into the game with a 13-17 record after their 3-2 league loss to Archer City (Archer City, TX).

The Bearcats (7-16) will now prepare for their outing against City View (Wichita Falls, TX). The Mustangs come into the 3A Region I District 7 outing with a 12-21 record. In their last outing, City View lost by Bowie (Bowie, TX), 3-1, in a league outing.
