The Menaul Panthers (Albuquerque, NM) football routed the visiting Alamo Navajo Cougars (Magdalena, NM), 51-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Legacy Academy Silverbacks (Albuquerque, NM) in a 8-Man District 1 (8 Man) bout, on Friday, October 21. Menaul will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Silverbacks enter the bout with a 2-5 record after their 56-6 league win over Questa (Questa, NM).
The Cougars (0-7) will now prepare for their bout against Magdalena (Magdalena, NM). The Steers enter the 8-Man District 2 (8 Man) bout with a 5-3 record. In their last bout, Magdalena was crushed by Lordsburg (Lordsburg, NM), 62-12, in a league bout.
