Shaker Bison (Latham, NY) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Averill Park Warriors (Averill Park, NY), 4-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Shaker advances its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Bison travel to Columbia (East Greenbush, NY) to clash with the Blue Devils in a Suburban Council- Gray test on Thursday, October 17. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 14-0. Columbia won 2-1 in their recent league test against Bethlehem Central (Delmar, NY)

The Warriors now have a 3-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Niskayuna for a Suburban Council- Blue test on Thursday, October 17. Averill Park will clash with a Silver Warriors team coming off a 3-0 league win over Saratoga Springs (Saratoga Springs, NY). The Silver Warriors record now stands at 8-4.
