In Thursday's non-league match, the host Queen Anne's County Lions football squad scored a good 28-6 triumph over the Bennett Clippers.
The Lions (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Parkside (Salisbury, MD). The Rams go into the non-league battle with a 7-0 record. In their last battle, Parkside prevailed over North Caroline (Ridgely, MD), 41-0, in a non-league battle.
