Lutheran South Lancers (St. Louis, MO) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Fredericktown Black Cats (Fredericktown, MO), 15-3 in a non-league challenge.
The Lancers now own a 16-14 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Francis Borgia for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 21. Lutheran South will battle a Knights squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Sullivan (Sullivan, MO). The Knights record now stands at 18-6.
With the loss, Fredericktown falls to 18-8 on the campaign.
