New York High School Soccer - Onteora knocks off Rondout Valley

In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Onteora Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 6-0 victory over the Rondout Valley Ganders.
The Eagles (11-3) will now prepare for their outing against Marlboro Central (Marlboro, NY). The Dukes go into the Mid Hudson Athletic League (MHAL) outing with a 3-11 record. In their last outing, Marlboro Central edged Port Jervis (Port Jervis, NY), 6-1, in a non-league test.
The Ganders now sport a 0-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rhinebeck for a Mid Hudson Athletic League (MHAL) test on Friday, October 18. Rondout Valley will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 8-0 league win over Ellenville (Ellenville, NY). The Hawks record now stands at 7-6.
