The Augusta Orioles felled the host McPherson Bullpups football team by a score of 50-29 in Friday's league test.

The Orioles now sport a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Circle for a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division III test on Friday, October 24. Augusta will meet a Thunderbirds squad coming off a 20-13 non-league loss to Fort Scott (Fort Scott, KS). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 1-6.

With the defeat, McPherson drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Bullpups host Buhler (Buhler, KS) to face the Crusaders in a Ark Valley-Chisholm Trail Division III challenge on Friday, October 24.
