The Nantucket Whalers soccer squad scored 9 points and held the visiting Rising Tide to 3 in the Whalers non-league victory on Friday.
The Whalers now possess a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Tri-County RVT for a non-league bout on Saturday, October 18.
With the loss, Rising Tide moves to 0-8 on the year. The host Falmouth Academy (Falmouth, MA) to play the Mariners in a Cape and Islands bout on Tuesday, October 21. The Mariners go into the bout with a record of 2-3.
