The Grayson County Blue Devils topped the visiting George Wythe Maroons volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.

The Blue Devils now have a 9-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Galax for a Mountain Empire test on Thursday, October 20. Grayson County will confront a Maroon Tide team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Giles (Pearisburg, VA). The Maroon Tide record now stands at 12-10.

The Maroons (4-13) will now prepare for their test against Bland County (Rocky Gap, VA). The Bears enter the Mountain Empire test with a 15-5 record. In their last test, Bland County gained a win over Rural Retreat (Rural Retreat, VA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
