Nevada High School Football - Reed prevails Douglas

October 18, 2024: Minden, NV 89423

In Friday's league match, the visiting Reed Raiders football squad scored a good 35-16 triumph over the Douglas Tigers.

The Raiders (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Cougars come into the 5A Division II Northern match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, Spanish Springs defeated McQueen (Reno, NV), 33-13, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Tigers confront the Bishop Manogue Miners (Reno, NV) in a 5A Division II Northern match, on Thursday, October 24. Douglas will attempt to upgrade on its 6-3 season record. The Miners come into the match with a 6-3 record after their 48-26 league win over Reno (Reno, NV).
