The Hillman Tigers topped the visiting Pickford Panthers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Tigers now have a 12-12 record. They play next when they travel to Posen for a North Star outing on Tuesday, October 21. Hillman will play a Vikings team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Alcona (Lincoln, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 6-8.

With the loss, Pickford drops to 3-18 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Rudyard (Rudyard, MI) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 21. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 13-9. Rudyard lost 3-0 in their recent league game against Newberry (Newberry, MI)
