La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Smithfield Sentinels (Esmond, RI), 6-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, La Salle Academy advances its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Cranston West (Cranston, RI) to clash with the Falcons in a Division 1 test on Monday, October 21. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 11-5. Cranston West lost 2-0 in their recent league test against North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI)

The Sentinels now have a 1-11 record. They take the field next when they host Cumberland for a Division 1 test on Monday, October 21. Smithfield will clash with a Clippers team coming off a 2-2 league Lincoln (Lincoln, RI). The Clippers record now stands at 11-1.
