Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Paramus Spartans (Paramus, NJ) and the host Pascack Hills Broncos (Montvale, NJ), saw Paramus's soccer squad hold off Pascack Hills by a count of 1-0.

The Spartans (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Ridgewood (Ridgewood, NJ). The Maroons enter the non-league battle with a 8-8 record. In their last battle, Ridgewood tipped Immaculate Heart Academy (Washington Township, NJ), 3-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Broncos battle the DePaul Catholic Spartans (Wayne, NJ) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 21. Pascack Hills will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Spartans enter the battle with a 11-0 record after their 7-0 non-league win over Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ).
