North Carolina High School Flag Football - Willow Spring thwarts Green Hope

Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC) followers went home in high spirits Monday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the host Green Hope Falcons (Cary, NC), 27-14 in a league battle.

With the win, Willow Spring advances its record to 7-2 on the season. The Storm travel to Panther Creek (Cary, NC) to play the Catamounts in a battle on Wednesday, October 22. The Catamounts go into the battle with a record of 9-5. Panther Creek lost 14-6 in their recent non-league battle against Southern School of Energy and Sustainability (Durham, NC)

The Falcons now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they host Varsity Opponent for a match on Monday, October 20.
