The Chico Dragons volleyball team (Chico, TX), went down 3-1 in Friday's league challenge with the host Poolville Monarchs (Poolville, TX)

The Monarchs (25-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Alvord (Alvord, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 2A Region II District 9 challenge with a 8-25 record. In their last challenge, Alvord went down by Nocona (Nocona, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Dragons encounter the Nocona Indians (Nocona, TX) in a 2A Region II District 9 challenge, on Tuesday, October 25. Chico will attempt to move on its 7-17 season record. The Indians enter the challenge with a 30-12 record after their 3-0 league win over Alvord (Alvord, TX).
