Maryland High School Football - Friendly succumbs to Douglass

October 21, 2023: Upper Marlboro, MD 20772

The Douglass Eagles thwarted the visiting Friendly Patriots football team by a count of 29-6 in Saturday's league outing.

With the win, Douglass upgrades its record to 7-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Surrattsville (Clinton, MD) to encounter the Hornets in a Prince George's County 2A/1A outing on Saturday, October 28. The Hornets go into the outing with a record of 1-7. Surrattsville lost 36-0 in their recent league outing against Largo (Upper Marlboro, MD)

With the loss, Friendly moves to 4-4 on the season.
