In Saturday's league match, the host Haxtun Fightin' Bulldogs football squad scored a big 56-6 victory over the Sedgwick County Cougars.

In their next game, the Fightin' Bulldogs clash with the Merino Rams (Merino, CO) in a A-8 League 4 (8 Man) match, on Friday, October 28. Haxtun will attempt to move on its 8-0 season record. The Rams enter the match with a 5-3 record after their 26-15 league loss to Akron (Akron, CO).
