New Mexico High School Volleyball - Farmington can't hold off Sandia

In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Sandia Matadors volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Farmington Scorpions.
The Matadors (9-7) will now prepare for their battle against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles come into the battle with a 9-6 record. In their last battle, Eldorado nudged Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Scorpions encounter the West Mesa Mustangs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 25. Farmington will attempt to move on its 13-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 7-9 record after their 2-0 league loss to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM).
