The Evergreen Valley Cougars volleyball team (San Jose, CA), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Harbor Pirates (Santa Cruz, CA)

The Pirates (26-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Cupertino (Cupertino, CA). The Pioneers enter the non-league challenge with a 12-13 record. In their last challenge, Cupertino defeated Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cougars encounter the Hill Falcons (San Jose, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 22. Evergreen Valley will attempt to move on its 4-14 season record. The Falcons enter the challenge with a 12-16 record after their 3-1 league win over Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA).
