Fans at Thursday's league contest between the Hot Springs Tigers (Truth or Consequences, NM) and the visiting Hatch Valley Bears (Hatch, NM), observed Hot Springs's volleyball team top Hatch Valley by a tally of 2-0.

The Tigers (13-0) will now prepare for their contest against Cobre (Bayard, NM). The Indians go into the test with a 2-2 record. In their last test, Cobre achieved victory over Socorro (Socorro, NM), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Bears now own a 0-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Animas for a non-league test on Friday, October 24.
