Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Harlan County Black Bears (Harlan, KY) and the visiting Jackson County Generals (McKee, KY), observed Harlan County's volleyball team top Jackson County by a count of 3-0.
The Black Bears (16-12) will now prepare for their contest against Corbin (Corbin, KY). The Redhounds enter the non-league contest with a 23-14 record. In their last contest, Corbin notched a victory over Knox Central (Barbourville, KY), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
The Generals now own a 9-16 record.
