Quincy Orioles (Quincy, MI) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball team hold off the visiting Reading Rangers (Reading, MI), 1-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Orioles (20-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Concord (Concord, MI). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league challenge with a 24-9 record. In their last challenge, Concord got by Quincy (Quincy, MI), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Rangers meet the Stockbridge Panthers (Stockbridge, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, October 25. Reading will attempt to upgrade on its 4-24 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 10-14 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Springport (Springport, MI).
