Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Oak Grove Warriors (Hattiesburg, MS) and the visiting South Jones Braves (Ellisville, MS), saw Oak Grove's soccer squad knock off South Jones by a score of 4-1.
The Warriors (2-0) will now prepare for their test against Sacred Heart (Hattiesburg, MS). The Crusaders come into the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Sacred Heart nipped Northeast Jones (Laurel, MS), 2-1, in a non-league test.
The Braves now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host George County for a non-league test on Tuesday, November 4. South Jones will meet a Rebels team coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Petal (Petal, MS). The Rebels record now stands at 0-2.
