The Denison-Schleswig Monarchs volleyball team (Denison, IA), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Shenandoah Mustangs (Shenandoah, IA)

The Mustangs (15-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA). The Lynx enter the non-league challenge with a 17-18 record. In their last challenge, Lincoln was dropped by Sioux City East (Sioux City, IA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Monarchs encounter the Glenwood Rams (Glenwood, IA) in a Hawkeye Ten challenge, on Thursday, October 5. Denison-Schleswig will attempt to move on its 2-25 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 22-8 record after their 3-1 league win over St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA).
