In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Boyne Falls Loggers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Grand Traverse Academy Mustangs.
With the win, Boyne Falls advances its record to 8-12 on the season.
The Mustangs now sport a 5-22 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mancelona for a non-league test on Monday, November 3. Grand Traverse Academy will face a Ironmen squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Bellaire (Bellaire, MI). The Ironmen record now stands at 10-18.
