The Freeman Mavericks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Matoaca Warriors to 0 in the Mavericks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Mavericks now have a 10-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clover Hill for a non-league game on Thursday, November 2. Freeman will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 10-10.
