Illinois High School Volleyball - Lake Forest tips Lake Zurich

October 4, 2022: Lake Forest, IL 60045

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL) and the visiting Lake Zurich Bears (Lake Zurich, IL), saw Lake Forest's volleyball squad nip Lake Zurich by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Lake Forest upgrades its record to 12-10 on the year. The Scouts travel to Loyola Academy (Wilmette, IL) to play the Ramblers in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 6. The Ramblers go into the bout with a record of 18-8. Loyola Academy won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Montini Catholic (Lombard, IL)

The Bears now own a 15-8 record. They play next when they travel to Carmel for a non-league bout on Thursday, October 6. Lake Zurich will play a Corsairs squad coming off a 2-1 league loss to Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Corsairs record now stands at 5-15.
