The Bishop Heelan Catholic Crusaders football squad scored 45 points and limited the host Carroll Tigers to 21 in the Crusaders league triumph on Friday.

The Crusaders now hold a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boyden-Hull/Rock Valley for a 3A District 1 test on Friday, October 11. Bishop Heelan Catholic will meet a NIGHTHAWKS squad coming off a 10-6 league loss to Sioux Center (Sioux Center, IA). The NIGHTHAWKS record now stands at 1-5.

With the defeat, Carroll drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA) to meet the Warriors in a 3A District 1 test on Friday, October 11. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 6-0. Sergeant Bluff-Luton won 45-21 in their recent league test against MOC-Floyd Valley (Orange City, IA)
