Valley Lumberjacks (Pine Grove, WV) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Tygarts Valley Bulldogs (Mill Creek, WV), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Lumberjacks clash with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish (Clarksburg, WV) in a Mason-Dixon match, on Thursday, October 5. Valley will attempt to advance on its 9-9 season record.
With the loss, Tygarts Valley drops to 0-6 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Tucker County (Hambleton, WV) to clash with the Mountain Lions in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 17. The Mountain Lions come into the match with a record of 4-12.
